Bicycle Flash Mob Orlando Video

From Bike/Walk Central Florida

Enjoy the video of yesterday’s Mayor’s Bike To Work Day, led by Orlando’s Buddy Dyer from Infusion Tea in College Park, through downtown, to City Hall. At the sound of the air horn, see Bike Walk Central Florida’s Bicycle Flash Mob join the fun. If you like what you see, please like and share the flash mob on Facebook, You Tube, etc. and send it out to your email lists.

  1. Very nicely done! I liked seeing the entries at the end for the bike bus and Cycling Savvy too. It brings tears to my eyes to see so many rides on the street. I hope it carries over to more riders on more than just one day.

Perhaps I’ll put more effort into getting there next year. It’s only about 55 miles for me to ride there. If I leave at 4am, I should be able to join the fun, right? (grin)

    • Thanks, Fred. Keri mentioned the idea of doing a bike flash mob on the way back from last year’s mayor’s ride. The logistics were pretty daunting. We didn’t want to take anything away from the mayor, but we needed to get enough folks to make a decent impact. Fortunately, we had lots of cameras and a fantastic video editor – Mike Speltz, of Appleton Creative.

  2. Awesome! :)

  3. Groovy! Great editing.
