Adventure Cycling is headed to Florida! Adventure Cycling’s executive director, Jim Sayer, will be presenting at gatherings in Tallahasse, Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa in January. All of these events are free and open to the public. Bring your cycling friends and family!

Jan. 11th, Tallahasse
7:00 to 8:30 pm @ Florida Education Association, 213 South Adams Street. Co-sponsored by Capital City Cyclists.

Jan. 12th, Jacksonville
7:00 to 8:30 pm @ Brooks Family YMCA, 10423 Centurion Parkway North

Jan. 13th, Orlando
7:00 to 8:30 pm @ Baldwin Park, located in central Orlando on 1913 Meeting Place

Jan. 16th, Tampa
7:00 to 8:30 pm @ Carrollwood Bicycle Emporium, 14407 B North Dale Mabry

At all of these events, Jim will provide the latest news and resources on bicycle travel, including new bike-friendly routes, maps, tours, and policy initiatives at the national level — such as an official U.S. Bicycle Route System, now being considered by Congress. There will be time for Q&A, and for folks to share stories and tips. Whether you’re a bike travel veteran or a newcomer, there will be new insights and inspirations for you. Refreshments will be provided.

Please RSVP for any of these events (so we know how many people to expect) by emailing Beth Petersen at bpetersen(at)adventurecycling.org or 800-755-2453 x211, ideally by Jan. 6th.
