    If you have time, you could visit the Worksman Cycle factory. It’s over on the Brooklyn side in Ozone Park.
    They make utility bikes.

      I looked it up on Google Maps. You could take the “A” Train. If you start from the Broadway-Nassau St Station, and get off at the Rockaway Blvd about a half-an-hour later, that will put you with 500 feet of the factory. Not many US manufacturers left.

        Unfortunately, I’m back in Orlando. It was just a short weekend trip. But I would love to go there, so next time I will make it a place to visit! Thank you!

    I’m trying to get up to new york mid december for a week of pedicabbing in central park. I hope to visit the worksman factory. I just picked up the old key west postal bike, which is a worksman. now it’s a great kid hauler. looking forward to the classes in december.

    I’m looking forward to your take on new york. The trends there are astounding, or at least so I’ve been told.

    Maybe now that it has been acreed from above, insofar as the allotment of urban space, that sends a message to the masses that you can cycle without fear of loss of social capital.
    maybe not. but is sure is interesting what JSK is doing up there.
