Philadelphia is installing some similar visual tricks (but not art) to city streets as an option to road-humps. Fake 1&#039; diameter pothole decals were being tried somewhere else (as a study).</description>

In some cities, there is nothing left over when the generous retirement plans for city employees are funded. (Vallejo California)</description>
