24 inch roller blades…how cool!
The very first Segway! I like that rower at the end best of all though… it almost looked like it worked pretty well!

As the old saying goes: There’s nothing new under the sun.
The only thing I saw that has not been brought back is that freaky bike with the elastic frame and eccentric wheels.
I was impressed at how they maneuvered among the trolley tracks!

When in Seattle last September I had the chance to bike along their new trolley route. I found it pretty easy to negotiate between riding a bike with 1.25″ tires and the track slots being a bit narrower than freight gauge. Saw plenty of other cyclists using that street too. Just a quick snap across the track; rather like a rock dodge maneuver. Not sure I’d recommend it to a novice on a road bike though.
