The Lake County Bicycle Alliance is a grassroots effort started by Rick Pitner and Ken LaRoe, two avid cyclists who chose to make a small difference in a big world. We can’t begin to do this on our own. However, if YOU want to improve the riding environment in and around Lake County then “take a pull” and do YOUR small part to move us all down the road.
