It's that time of year.  The weather is trying to get cooler and the riding is to get better.  Once again, an Ice Cream Ride is planned.  We will meet up and begin our ride at the Cady Way Trailhead (Fashion Square Mall).  Meet up time about 630-700pm?  Dark Thirty Time is changing so we will go with the consensus of those that will be there.

The route will be "backwards" of the first ride.

We will finish the ride in Baldwin Park at the Cold Stone Creamery.  Helmets are preferred and lights are REQUIRED.  Looking forward to having more readers on this ride.

I'm ready to send out an e-mail to some downtown area folks I know, can we nail down the time?  I think 7:PM gives people a bit more time to get a quick dinner before the ride.

I saw last night that dark thirty is now about 6pm.  I agree that 7pm will allow folks to get ready and not be in a rush to get there after work..for those 9-5er's.

See you at the Cady Way Trailhead (Fashion Square Mall)  at 7PM!

We're a maybe.  It's a little late for the girls on a weeknight, so we will just have to see how they are doing.  Smiley

Rodney,  I have added a vintage Raleigh lady's city bike to my stable in anticipation of you organizing a "Tea and Crumpets Ride."

Diana,

I hope you have a big place to keep all your steeds!  Tea and Crumpets sound exciting.  Perhaps later, with enough riders, we can do a 4 or 5 course "sampler" dinner ride.  We are off to such a good start so far.

See everyone at the Cady Way Trailhead at 7pm on Wednesday!

We absolutely MUST do video with that bike!

Is this a green vintage Raleigh?

It is indeed green, and really cool. You and Keri are more than welcome to ride it anytime.

I wonder if this is the same one I was eyeing on Cragislist, lol!!  If so, I'm glad it has a happy home!

I look forward to seeing it in action! Smiley
